Villa 2849 is a lovely privately owned three-bedroomed villa on San Lameer Estate and Golf Course and offers beautiful views of the Estate and its natural splendour.

San Lameer is close to Margate and is a conservation haven with over 195 bird species, abundant wildlife and indigenous flora that will please every nature lover. For the final touches they've added luxury villas, an 18-hole championship golf course -- and enough stress-relieving amenities for sport and recreation fanatics.

Villa 2894 sleeps 6 persons in three bedrooms -- all bedrooms and lounge area have air-conditioning. The large sundeck with covered braai facility offers spacious living with superb views. There are two bathrooms -- one with shower and the other with bath -- and a well-equipped kitchen with microwave and washing machine/tumble dryer/dish washer. The lounge and dining rooms are on split-levels with DSTV.

The unit is very private with no direct neighbours in sight. This is only one of a few villa's in this part of the Estate with distant sea views -- and the protected Blue Flag Marina Beach is a casual stroll from the villa.
